Certainly a lot of effort has gone in to creating this demo, and you should definitely check it out. However, keep in mind the text between the sections of the demo and ask yourself if what is claimed is actually being demonstrated.

A friend of mine works for these folks. He hasn't told me much, but he's clearly very excited. He's a very pragmatic and low-key guy; if he's excited, I'm pretty certain there is something real going on here.

Even if it's not all the way there yet, it looks like a step in the right direction. The best application for this kind of platform wasn't even touched on: gaming! I think this would be much better than the Wii.
