In August 2008, I posted a graph showing attention around oil and gas prices. This graph showed a sharp up swing in attention as the price hit 3 dollars.
This time around, as the price passes through $4.50, attention is starting to build significantly. However, this time it looks far more sturdy. Not a sudden burst, but a longer climb.
