The rise and rise of YouTube:
Approximately, the blue line represents mentions of YouTube and the yellow links to YouTube and probably YouTube hosted content. Perhaps BlogPulse needs to have a new ranking for just YouTube videos.
BTW, look at the comparison with Google video links:
How much of YouTube's success is to do with the use of a Flash delivery device and low resolution resulting in low barriers to viewing?




Maybe low resolution could be a reason since Google Video also delivers their videos in Flash.

I've never uploaded to YouTube, but I imagine they have a quicker turn around for publishing videos. Google can take a few days or more for your video to appear. Also, YouTube seems to have an interface that is more social and allows for better discovery of videos.
