Google put up Google Moon to commemorate the lunar landings (thanks to the Map Room). I found some nice moon resources online: backgrounds and shapefiles. These allow me to express myself in the correct blog-o-sphere spirit (that is to say, it allows me to say 'me too, me too'). I dropped these resources into DataSphere:
The second image is somewhat meaningless as it projects the day/night as computed for the earth.
