GIS/Blogging/Trend Search all in one post!

I love this post by James Fee of Spatially Adjusted. Firstly, it talks about how Google have wowed everyone with technology that has been around for ages within the GIS community (branding is powerful); secondly, it talks about the importance of blogging as a response to this imbalance for ESRI (creators of some of the most widely used GIS tools and data formats); thirdly it uses BlogPulse to illustrate the pickup of terms related to his post. His blog looks like it will be a pretty interesting read in general.
